The Book of Boba Fett Episode 6 (Disney+): Once again this show deviates entirely into the world of a different show. This week follows Din Djarin as he travels to visit Grogu who is training to be a Jedi. The majority of the episode follows this before going back to Tatooine. Cobb Vanth (Timothy Olyphant) has a welcomed guest appearance to herald in the arrival of a ruthless Clone Wars-era bounty hunter. The issue is, this entire show could have been done as one or two episodes at the start of The Mandalorian season three and has yet to prove why it needed to stand alone as its own little side adventure, especially when two of the seven episodes have been functionally for an entirely different show.
Peacemaker Episode 6 (HBOMax): While last week’s episode had some of the most interesting action sequences, this episode had the most entertaining comedic scenes. Between the interrogation between Peacemaker, Vigilante, and the butterfly Goff and the scenes with Detective Song after the arrest warrant is issued for Peacemaker, this episode has the most laughs and none of them feel out of place or out of the tone of the episode.
Murderville (Netflix): Murderville is a Will Arnett led Law and Order parody with a large ensemble cast doing comedic improv. It is must see comedy for someone who is looking for something to decompress with without rewatching network sitcoms that they’ve seen a million times before.

Miracle (Disney+): Kurt Russell stars as Herb Brooks, legendary coach of the 1980 United States Men’s Hockey team. This movie tells the story of how the team came together to beat the Soviet Union in the Olympics over 40 years ago. Disney’s sports movies always manage to be some of their better live action offerings, and Miracle is no different. As the world settles in to watch the Olympics, this is worth a watch.
