I want to bring to your attention the deeply unjust situation surrounding my insurance claim. This claim, which began over 19 months ago, has been needlessly prolonged and fragmented into several claims due to erroneous requests from your claims adjusters. It is deeply unfair that an esteemed insurance company like xxxxxx would resort to such tactics, causing undue stress and anxiety, to avoid fulfilling a legitimate claim.

As a legitimate, renowned, and responsible homeowner insurance company, xxxxxx should be accountable for all damages to my home as per my insurance policy. Your adjusters' tactics were illegal and immoral.

I request that xxxxxxx pay the full sum needed to repair all damages relating to my home. (Please see the documents attached) I have paid my insurance on time for over five decades. I am sending you all the particulars, inquiries, requests, manipulations, and dates with a time graph showing all the dates. You will see an ongoing pattern of deception, delays, and unnecessary requests for things that have already been submitted. it is quite evident from reading the newspapers and watching social media that insurance companies are deliberately using unscrupulous tactics to try and limit their liability to legitimate claims.

I am requesting a comprehensive reason for your denial of my claim. I believe I was unjustly denied. I will relentlessly seek to be adequately compensated through your insurance company for damages to my home. If I am not given full restitution, I'll be forced to take this request further. I have been unjustly treated, and it has caused tremendous stress and anxiety. My home has been disheveled for over 19 months. xxxxxx, which has an alliance with xxxxxx, should not treat a senior citizen homeowner like myself with such disregard.
