Look Left, Look Right, Step Up by the Gent

Last Sunday morning I turned to a channel where the preacher was talking about the “Fruits of the Holy Spirit.” What are your thoughts about the “Fruits of the Holy Spirit?” Is it loving, giving, caring, and contributing to your environment and society or is it, disagreement, anger, hatred, bigotry, racism, disgust, violence, or a lust for negativity? Are we just caring for our loved ones? Are we aware of our environment and all the different people around us? Are we aware of the real destruction of drugs, gambling, and pornography? How they truly are affecting our surroundings? The “Fruits of our Holy Spirit” are slowly rotting away. Our society is slowly decaying. It is being chipped away slowly. Fewer marriages, fewer childbirths, fewer friendships, fewer people going to church, mosque, or synagogue, more isolation, and on and on. Who will step up to stop this decay? What person, group, or religion will take the forefront and impact our society for the better? Or maybe it should be all of us, with picket signs and determination to change things around us. We are gradually rotating upside-down. Our reasoning has been skewed by the multi-media. All to make more profits (dumb balance sheets)! Our society is becoming so unhealthy. How long before we lose our balance from standing on our heads?
