Port Jeff Mac & Cheese Crawl - Sat Jan 27 12:00 pm

The Port Jefferson Chamber of Commerce presents the 2024 Port Jeff Mac & Cheese Crawl.  This crawl will be held on January 27-28.  There will be mac & cheese from various participating locations.  Some of which include Pasta Pasta, Gourmet Burger Bistro, PJ Lobster House and Revival By Toast.  For tickets, click here. Port Jefferson Ice Festival - Sat Jan 27 12:00 pm

Port Jefferson BID

The 5th Annual Port Jefferson Ice Festival is coming.  There will be live carvings and sculptures, complimentary hot chocolate, roasted marshmallows, appearances by Barbie and Spider-Man and more.  Admission is free. [more details]


Rock 'N' Raptors Fundraiser - Sat Jan 27 2:00 pm

The Bates House

The Sweetbriar Nature Center will be hosting the Rock 'N' Raptors Fundraiser.  There will be games, food, live music, raptor presentations and more.  All the funds from this event and raffles help us take care of all the wildlife that that comes thru our doors and educate all the children that will be stewards of our planet.  For tickets, click here. The Sweet Side of Ireland - Sat Jan 27 2:00 pm

Smithtown Library (Nesconset Building)

Cookbook author Margaret M. Johnson will be coming to the Smithtown library for a discussion of Irish delicacies.  It will be a  transformation of Irish food from traditional breads and puddings to modern desserts with examples (and samples) from her cookbooks. The program includes tips for traveling to Ireland, tea, and Irish sweets. Ms. Johnson’s cookbooks will be available for sale and signing.
