We're getting older. Start saying this every day so when the time comes, you'll be ready. Here it is.

When I leave my body, I will remain fully aware. I will not enter any white light, no matter how beautiful or peaceful it looks. I reject all deception. I call upon my true ancestors and the supreme source to guide me, I will return to my real home.
