The Jazz Loft
The Jazz Loft has recently acquired an extensive collection of memorabilia and music from Jazz great Mose Allison’s estate, which will be on display next month, and will be accompanied by a concert on September 8 by Anything Mose, a Mose Allison Tribute Band and a screening of the BBC documentary “Ever Since I Stole the Blues.” The film includes commentary from Pete Townshend, Bonnie Raitt, Van Morrison, Elvis Costello and others.

It's time for the Second Saturdays Poetry Reading at the All Souls Church. The featured poet will be Sandy McIntosh. His work has been published in numerous publications including the New York Times, Newsday, Poetry and The Daily Beast. The reading will be held via Zoom. To access the event, click here.
