Living on Long Island has been an incredible ride of entitlement. You had a tremendous public school environment; if you wanted, you played interscholastic sports, learned to play an instrument and march in the band, learned a trade, or if you liked, go home to listen to music, maybe smoke some weed, and wonder about a beautiful future or just drop out at 16. You could've gone to college, started work, traveled, stayed home, and lived off your parents. As you got older, you could've worked for a company, joined the military, started your own business, or just traveled. Everyone has a book they could write, it would have many stories to tell because you live in America. If you lived under communism, fascism or socialism, and you weren't on the right side, that book of yours would be a small pamphlet. What I'm saying is, don't mess with democracy. It's the best of the worst ways to govern a vast populous. You don't wanna be led by the whims of one individual. It may help you in the present, but it will hurt all of us in the future.
