We're going to Mars. Wow!

I read that the Southeast got so much rain that it would fill a football stadium 51,000 times. Climate change is still being debated. We're paying athletes $40 million a year to play a sport. Our country has two presidential candidates that we’re not happy with, but we have to vote for one of them. Israel and Ukraine are being attacked mercilessly by their enemies. Thousands of people are dying. Millions of people are starving in Africa and other parts of the world. The stadiums in the United States are filled with tens of thousands of fans rooting for a football team. All have different views on whether our form of government is the right one!! Really!!! Social media is at ease with broadcasting unsubstantiated lies. Technology (AI) is not being monitored. Our right to make free choices is being challenged. Human beings are not sure of their gender anymore. Selfishness and narcissism are the “fashion” of the day. In 2024, humans tattoo their bodies like they are part of a Mayan tribe living in Guatemala in 600 AD. Mother Earth is “crying.” Insanity abounds. We better get to Mars real soon. Where can I buy a ticket? JG
