Chef Rob Scott will be teaching you how to make snickerdoodle muffins at the Smithtown Library.  Each person will make 18-24 mini muffins. They ask that you please bring two, 12- count muffin pans or a 24-count mini muffin pan, large bowl, whisk and a rubber spatula to class.  To register, click here.
