PORT JEFFERSON, NY - People down in Port Jefferson had dinner and a show at Danford's Hotel.  The Long Island rock band Justice gave the customers a performance along with their meals.

Justice has been a cover band since 2009.  They cover a wide range of classic rock songs from The Beatles to Van Halen.  The band don't generally play any original music, but their goal is to get people to see them.

"We play an array of classic rock hits spanning from the 50's to the 90's which includes everything from Elvis to Metallica and everything in between (e.g. The Beatles, Led Zeppelin, The Eagles, AC/DC, Peter Frampton, The Doobie Brothers, Bush, The Romantics, Ted Nugent, The Cars, Black Sabbath, America, ZZ Top, Lynyrd Skynyrd, BTO, Van Halen, and a ton more)," Steve Campo, bassist of the band said.

Throughout their time as a band, Justice has performed in numerous venues across the Long Island area.  Some of which included Tides Beach, Rocky Point Ale House and the former Beach Huts on the south shore.  The band also performs at charity benefits and other special events.

Danford's had a pre-Covid crowd in the area.  The restaurant had sizable amount of people out on the docks.  They had their dinner and classic rock show from the band.  It was a night of normalcy with a dash of rock.

Justice is scheduled to perform at Danford's again on August 7 at 6 p.m.
